By accessing and using the services provided by Travelez ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings made through Travelez are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking if there are errors in pricing, availability, or other booking details.

  • A valid government-issued ID is required for all travelers.
  • Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
  • For advance bookings, a minimum 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance payment must be made at least 21 days before departure.
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the time of cancellation. Please review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.

  • 45+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (₹500)
  • 30-44 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other third-party services may have different cancellation policies as per the service provider's terms.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
  • Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality.
  • We can assist with visa applications but are not responsible for visa rejections.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks.

7. Liability

Travelez acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Delays or cancellations by airlines or other carriers
  • Personal injury or loss of property during travel
  • Quality of services provided by third parties
  • Changes in government regulations or travel advisories

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify travel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

9. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and traditions. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate travel arrangements for travelers engaging in inappropriate behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Travelez and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
